Freight and shipping
We will choose the lowest shipping costs for you if it is not shown in your shopping cart. The freightrate depends on weight and volyme of your order and where it will be sent to (country and ZIP Code). If you like, we will tell you the shipping costs for your order before we ship it to you.
Bisque and other fragile items are shipped on pallets. If your order is too small for a pallet, we can ship it in a parcel / box. We then need to pack the items very carefull, because DHL handles the boxes automatically. Packing extra will cost extra. Total shipping cost will still be lower compared to shipping on a pallet.

Delivery period:
We will send your order, if it is possible, 2 to 3 days after you ordered (or paid). DHL or Dachser need about 2 to 4 working days to deliver the order to most addresses within Europe. Dachser sends you a SMS on the same day they deliver to you.
