Description

Dazzle Dip from Gare is flexible glossy and transparent clear glaze for earthenware. This dipping glaze is the most forgiving glaze in the industry, making it very user-friendly. The soft liquid consistency makes it easy to dip. Once fired, the result is a dazzling shine with a glass-like finish. 

Information

The clear glaze is a ready-mixed dipping glaze. 

Whisk the glaze before use for a few minutes. Check the thickness with a viscosity meter, art no KT-VM. The run time should be 11-13 seconds for best results. If the run time is over 13 seconds, the glaze is too thick and distilled water should be added drop by drop. 

Dip for 3 seconds with dipping tongs, art no KT-DT. 

Fired to cone 06, 1000-1040°C. Bucket with 13.25 liters.
