The Dot from Xiem Tools is a clay level and trimming wheel for ceramics.

The Dot is a clay level and a trimming wheel in one. The tool is designed to help level clay, leather-hard or slip-fired ceramics on a potter's wheel or trimming aid (such as the Giffin Grip). The trimming wheel is designed to hold down the ceramic on the wheel to facilitate the trimming requirement. It is made with precision machined aluminum wheels and stainless steel ball bearings for smooth rotation. The Dot trimming tool makes it easy to create e.g. a foot on your ceramics. It is divided into two sections that can move together or separately. The Dot spins with the object when trimming the base while the top remains smooth and stationary. 5 x 1,27 cm
